Your partner in crafting custom homes

Patterson Construction

You've always wanted a home that's a true reflection of you, not just another house on the block.

At Patterson Construction, our mission is to make that dream a reality.

We understand the value of transparency and straightforwardness in every project. Hidden agendas? Not our style. We'll be upfront, honest, and work through the inevitable challenges that may arise.

After all, as our founder Kiley Patterson often says — “The goal is perfection knowing that nothing is perfect. Just try and get as close as possible.”

From Humble Beginnings to Dream Homes

Our journey began with a simple belief: every individual deserves a home that's uniquely theirs. Kiley Patterson, our founder, embarked on this venture with a vision to transform dreams into custom-built homes and remarkable remodels.

Kiley’s hands-on approach and dedication to excellence have been the foundation of our success. Every brick, every nail, is a testament to our commitment to quality and precision.

The Patterson Method

Building Trust, Quality, and Individuality

Our method is rooted in three core principles:

about-involvement

On-Site Involvement

Kiley believes that being present on-site is the key to smooth project execution. While hiccups might be inevitable, being there in person is the best way to address and alleviate issues promptly.

Happy Clients

Kiley has an unbelievable work ethic and that’s why we wanted to work with him on our remodel. From the beginning, he listened to what we wanted and worked tirelessly to make it happen. He is very easy to communicate with and cared deeply about getting the project exactly right. We are so happy with the way our home turned out and will absolutely use him again for future projects.

Walker Gray

I would highly recommend Kiley Patterson as a home builder. His experience and expertise were evident throughout the entire building process. Kiley's ability to manage things on the fly was impressive, and he worked seamlessly with myself and my wife to ensure that our vision for our dream home became a reality. His attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the construction. We are extremely satisfied with the final result and grateful for Kiley's professionalism and dedication. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled home builder, Kiley Patterson is the one to choose.

Ryan Kruse

We had a vision for a four-season pool house that needed to fit on a very tight and sloping site.   We had a long wish list but not very much space to work with.  Enter Patterson Construction.  Kiley came up with amazing custom design features to maximize every cubic inch of space available yet kept the interior grand and open tying it perfectly and seamlessly into our pool deck.  Working with his team of artisans, trades and craftsman, Kiley executed a project that exceeded our expectations at every turn.  Great communication, follow-up, timeliness. Result was spectacular.
